RESERVATION & ALLOCATION CONDITIONS

The submission of an allocation inquiry or reservation deposit via this website constitutes a formal request for a serialized build slot for the Cheetah RS hyper-roadster (initial limited production run of 25 serialized units globally).

• Allocation Vetting: All allocation requests are subject to client identity verification, jurisdiction compliance, and formal review by the Cheetah Allocation Concierge.
• Deposit Escrow: Initial reservation deposits are held in dedicated client escrow accounts pending execution of the formal Cheetah RS Serialized Purchase and Commissioning Agreement.
• No Automatic Binding Sale: A website reservation alone does not constitute a completed vehicle sale contract until bilateral build agreements are formally executed by both parties.

ATELIER COMMISSIONS & SPECIFICATIONS

Visualizations, render images, and specification codes generated within the Cheetah Atelier configurator are intended as bespoke design representations. Final technical dimensions, aerodynamic calibrations, and material finishes will be established in the official specification binder signed during private design consultations.

PRE-PRODUCTION VEHICLE DISCLAIMERS

The Cheetah RS is currently in advanced prototype engineering and circuit testing. Performance telemetry (including 500 HP power output, 1,480 kg dry weight, and aerodynamic drag coefficients) represents targeted engineering benchmarks. Official homologation and final production specifications will be verified prior to client deliveries.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All visual assets, photographic renders, video sequences, logo badges, wordmarks, bodywork aerodynamic geometry, and software algorithms featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Geniex Ltd and Cheetah Motor. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited under international copyright and trademark treaties.
